Menopause Workshops
Our evening workshops offer a welcoming and relaxed space to learn, connect and feel supported. Led by Menopause Specialists, these sessions provide practical advice, up to date education and guidance on managing your menopause symptoms. We will cover both hormonal and non-hormonal treatment options, lifestyle approaches and how our clinic can support your individual journey. It is also a chance to ask questions and share experiences in a friendly, informal setting.
