Frequently Asked Questions About Our Menopause Support Services
We’ve gathered the most common questions about our consultations, treatments, and services to give you straightforward guidance and peace of mind.
What should I expect during my initial consultation?
Your initial consultation provides us with the foundation needed to enable us to plan ongoing care to support you through your menopause journey. Read in more detail on our Menopause Initial Consultation page.
Do you offer hormone replacement therapy (HRT)?
Yes, we offer HRT as a treatment option for managing menopause symptoms. During your initial consultation our specialists will assess your individual needs, discussing any potential risks and benefits and will develop a personalised treatment plan to help you feel your best during this stage in your life. If HRT is something you would like to discuss further we encourage you to book an initial consultation with a Menopause Specialist to explore the best options for you.

Do you provide non-hormonal treatments for managing menopause symptoms?
Yes alternative treatments to HRT are provided, as on occasion HRT is not suitable or wanted. In this instance, we can discuss non-hormonal medications and treatments to help with your menopause symptoms, provide advice on non-hormonal therapies, diet and lifestyle, nutritional support and supplement advice and support for emotional wellbeing. We tailor all appointments and treatments to your individual needs. If you are looking for a non-hormonal approach to your menopause journey we are here to help you find the right treatments for you.
